Friday: 2pm – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9am – 12pm
The truck with all food items will depart for the event site at 1pm on Saturday

Directions:

The Convention Center is located directly across the street from the Marriott and as such, there are no parking instructions; please reference our map and walk to the prep site.

For those staying at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower, you can make an immediate left out of the front door of the hotel and head north across St. Clair Ave. Walk along West Mall Drive close to the side of the building. When the building ends, make a left and enter through the employee entrance. We will have staff and volunteers to guide you down to the kitchen.

Transportation Schedule

We will provide bus transportation to the event site and back to the hotel on event day. Here is the bus schedule:

Buses will depart from just across from the main entrance of the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower at:

2:30pm
3:00pm
4:00pm

Buses will depart from the event site starting at 10:00pm and will be managed by event staff to ensure everyone gets back downtown.

For Local Chefs Driving Themselves to the Event

Please feel free to come by anytime between 12PM - 4PM on Saturday to begin setting up. You will need to print out and display a parking pass to park on site, which you can find via this website or the welcome email. If you are unable to print, please show the digital copy to security.

If your vehicle is carrying staff and not food product or equipment, please use the pass titled Local Chef Parking - Staff Only. Directions included on the pass.
